Orlando Mazuze: Being entrepreneur in Mozambique is Wonderful

For our interview today talked to Orlando Mazuze, a Mozambican youth who tournou- entrepreneur after discovering its potential. In this interview he talks a little about yourself, your company, and its latest initiative.

Orlando Mazuze is the founder of the company Shalom Adonay, Lda, a digital marketing agency. It is also the mentor of Success Workshops project that was launched in April in the theater cine Gungu.

1. Who is Orlando Mazuze and what it does? (Talk about your background)

Olando Mazuze is a young Mozambican, visionary, empreedendor, born in the suburban neighborhoods of Maputo City, after a short working day for others, He discovered its potential and began working in the shed entrepreneurship.

2. What motivated you to follow the entrepreneurial career?

The biggest motivation I have to follow this noble careira is that realize that entrepreneurship It is a tool that leverages any economy, and find out that I was born to being an entrepreneur of sucessit was the icing on the cake.

3. Tell us about your business. How is it called? In what area is operating? And what does?

My company, created in partnership with Bruno Chichava, is called Shalom Adonay, lda, It is an agency of webmarketing, It works with all tools related to Digital Marketing (Creation and website management, Data base, Mobile applications, Email Marketing and more).

4. How can you attract new customers?

Seeking customers is of the thorniest tasks for an enterprise, we can through advertising campaigns, both at the TV as well as social networks. Of course when most influential and good relationships we have, greater are the chances to increase our customer base and above all, we each customer a great friend.

5. How does the competition?

face the competition as the electro-motive form to improve our services and products, competition does not come to destroy us but to explore our best for growth of our enterprise.

6. What are the challenges of the entrepreneur in Mozambique?

Contrary to what many think, major Entrepreneur challenges in Mozambique, is not access to finance but the lack of entrepreneurial identity, or if you prefer Entrepreneur profile. When we know our identity in this aspect, issues such as funding and other, will be small details in the middle of the great journey.

7. Is it worth being an entrepreneur in our country?

Being entrepreneur in Mozambique is wonderful, worth entrepreneur in Mozambique.

8. What are the biggest challenges your company faces in their day to day?

The biggest challenge is to get other entrepreneurs understand that the world's future is digital, and embrace this aspect today, reduced much tomorrow, most of the entrepreneurs are not handicapped, for example to have a corporate email. Yet, we think it's a matter of time for everyone to understand the importance of such services.

9. What are the plans of your company for the future?

Our big plan is to transform our company into a Brand Lover. We want our brand in the "mouth of the people", and we are naturally leaders in this area.

10. Tell us about the project "Success Workshops"

Oficinas de Sucesso é um projecto criado por mim e por Arcélio Tivane em parceria com a ANJE Mozambique, This project aims above all to help young people not only understand that you can be successful if they choose, our main target is the mind of the same, as it is in the mind where it all begins, either success or failure.

11. What is the key to success?

The key to success is to know your identity Personal (Life Purpose, Mission, Vision and values), when subermos, we realize that we do not love the land and came to give some contribution to this world.

12. What advice has for young people?

Young, invest time in themselves, find out why you came into the world and be successful.
